Deputy/ Assistant Manager, Transformation
[What you will be working on]
The Leadership Learning and Innovation Division is part of LTA’s Transformation and Learning Office. In this role, you will play an enabling and integration role whilst working closely with LTA leaders and colleagues. We accelerate organisational learning and excellence in LTA, and empower leaders and staff towards organisational priorities, in areas ranging from leaders to team effectiveness, leadership user research, development of learning pathways and managing of LTA’s intranet platform.
You will be integral and part of the team to conceptualise, develop, plan and implement frameworks, solutions and programmes, to drive collective commitment and actions from leaders and colleagues. The team onboards new management appointees, curate leader development programmes, design and set up teams for success, and support teams in leadership interventions.
LTA’s intranet portal had recently migrated to a new platform and you will lead the post-migration plans, branding exercise, and development of AI tools and capabilities for integration to optimise system and site management, and to improve user experience. You will also be leading and managing LTA’s pinnacle ALIGN (Agile-Lean-Inclusive-Gamechanger and Noble Prize) Awards.
This role also involves direct partnering with LTA senior management and engaging of Groups, Divisions and colleagues very closely. To be part of our team, you should enjoy working with diverse groups of leaders and people to forge deep understanding of their operations and help create meaningful change within the organisation. You would need to be comfortable with creating communication materials and coming up with systematic processes, synthesizing information and data from diverse sources, and have strong communication skills to engage management and other stakeholders.
