Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing competitive landscapes and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. You will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans, manage risks, and position the Firm's long-term sustainability. You will also provide leadership and guidance to teams, foster a culture of excellence, and drive the firm's strategic priorities to achieve desired outcomes.

Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together.
