MDB provides medical and psychiatric services to residents in long-term care facilities (LTCs) in Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee. We are the largest healthcare provider in LTC in the region, and we have an outstanding team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists. We have been providing services in LTC settings for over 12 years, and we have a very strong reputation among both clinicians and LTCs.

Requirements:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing
• Ability to travel to multiple long-term care facilities within the designated area
• A passion for helping individuals who truly need therapy, with a focus on elderly or long-term care patients
• Must be willing to travel within a 60 mile radius
• Must be willing to drive to multiple facilities in your territory
