Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and goal-oriented teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of LSA processes and deliverables across projects, contributing significantly to the reliability and maintainability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Rolling Stock, Signalling, and Infrastructure), coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the LSA domain.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the LSA process and deliverables, but also lead the extended LSA project team and ensure alignment with customer and project requirements.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing the implementation of the LSA process to conduct studies and provide contractual deliverables on projects
Leading the extended LSA team for complex projects requiring large-scale staffing
Identifying and monitoring workload forecasts for LSA activities and ensuring adequate staffing
Developing and implementing the LSA management plan for assigned projects
Executing LSA studies and delivering outputs in alignment with project phases
Monitoring planning, cost, and quality of LSA deliverables and providing regular reporting
Coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth interface management
Validating and challenging supplier commitments to ensure alignment with project goals
Ensuring consistency of ISR (Integrated Support and Reliability) components to meet lifecycle cost (LCC) performance
Supporting ISR project leads in design reviews and work-package evaluations
Producing LSA KPI dashboards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Providing REX (Return of Experience) reports and proposing process enhancements

Engineering degree (University level) or equivalent qualification/experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering roles or work package management in Rolling Stock, Signalling, Systems, or Infrastructure
Proven experience in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), including processes, standards, and tools
Strong expertise in maintainability and supportability engineering
Experience leading and managing LSA activities in projects
Proficiency in English (minimum working level)
Experience in customer interfacing and stakeholder communication
Hands-on experience in supplier/subcontractor management
Knowledge or practical experience in RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety)
