Job Description

1. Operational Supervision:
   1. Oversee and coordinate daily load-out and concentrate reclaim operations, ensuring efficient and safe handling of concentrated materials.
   2. Manage the operation of load-out equipment, reclaim systems, and associated infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
2. Team Management:
   1. Supervise and lead a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to procedures.
   2. Allocate tasks and responsibilities, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
3. Safety and Compliance:
   1. Ensure that all load-out and concentrate reclaim activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
   2. Develop, implement, and enforce safety procedures and protocols, conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments related to concentrating on handling operations.
   3. Ensure that team members are trained in safety practices and follow proper procedures.
4. Process Optimization:
   1. Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, reliability, and safety.
   2. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance load-out and reclaim operations, reduce downtime, and increase overall performance.
5. Equipment Maintenance:
   1. Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform regular maintenance and repairs on load-out and reclaim equipment.
   2. Ensure that equipment is maintained to high standards and promptly address any operational issues or breakdowns.
6. Resource Management:
   1. Manage the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment required for load-out and reclaim operations.
   2. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of necessary parts and materials and manage stock levels effectively.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
   1. Maintain accurate records of load-out and reclaim activities, including production metrics, equipment performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
   2. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and any issues or incidents, to senior management.
8. Collaboration and Communication:
   1. Work closely with other departments, including production, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure effective coordination of concentrate handling activities.
   2. Facilitate communication between teams to address operational challenges and ensure alignment with overall plant goals.
9. Training and Development:
   1. Provide training and mentorship to team members on load-out and reclaim procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation.
   2. Develop and update training materials and programs to keep the team informed about current procedures and technologies.
