Job Description

1. Metallurgical Process Management:
   1. Oversee and optimize metallurgical processes in the production environment to ensure efficient metal extraction and processing.
   2. Analyze and adjust process parameters to enhance product quality, recovery rates, and overall process efficiency
2. Process Optimization:
   1. Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce production costs.
   2. Utilize data analysis and metallurgical testing to assess and enhance process performance.
3. Quality Control and Assurance:
   1. Monitor and maintain the quality of metallurgical products to meet or exceed company and industry standards.
   2. Implement quality control measures and corrective actions to address any deviations from quality specifications.
4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
   1. Provide technical support to production teams, addressing and resolving metallurgical issues and process challenges.
   2. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
5. Safety and Compliance:
   1. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies within metallurgical operations.
   2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
   1. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on metallurgical processes, performance metrics, and quality control outcomes.
   2. Maintain accurate records of process adjustments, testing results, and incident reports.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   1. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in metallurgy and production processes.
   2. Recommend and implement improvements to metallurgical practices and technologies to drive operational excellence.
