Job Description

  • Coordinate the delivery of business and management training programs aligned with organizational needs and employee development plans.
  • Support the design and scheduling of leadership, supervisory, and management development courses.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external training providers to organize, monitor, and evaluate training programs.
  • Maintain the annual training calendar and ensure timely communication and enrollment of participants.
  • Track training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and feedback, and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Ensured training content aligns with organizational competencies and business priorities.
  • Coordinate the development of customized management workshops and in-house learning solutions when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare monthly/quarterly reports on training activities and KPIs.
  • Monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements for managers and supervisors.
  • Support Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) activities to identify gaps and training priorities.

Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge

1.Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordination or administering training programs, preferably focused on management or leadership development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

2.Desirable

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle).
  • Proven ability to deliver results and act as a change agent.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams of highly skilled and experienced personnel having diverse
  • Provide support without removing responsibility (to build ownership).
  • Demonstrated application of continuous improvement ideas.
