Job Description
SAP & Data Management
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain warehouse transactions in SAP, including Goods Receipt (GR) and material issue postings.
- Ensure all daily SAP transactions are completed within the same day.
- Maintain a well-organized and easily retrievable electronic and physical database of warehouse records.
Materials Receipt & Verification
- Assist in receiving materials and verifying correctness against purchase orders, delivery notes, and specifications.
- Process incoming materials in SAP and ensure accurate documentation.
- Immediately report discrepancies (short supply, damage, incorrect materials) to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Prepare and maintain Material Discrepancy Reports (MDRs).
- Segregate and track discrepant materials for return or replacement.
Documentation & Record Management
- Print and maintain purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, delivery notes, and related documents for verification and audit purposes.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation is properly filed, accessible, and audit-compliant.
- Organize finance-related documents and support submission for payment processing.
Inventory & Bin Management Support
- Assist in updating and maintaining bin locations both physically and in SAP.
- Support accurate inventory record keeping to ensure alignment between system data and physical stock.
Compliance & Operational Support
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, company policies, and best practice standards.
- Support safe handling and storage processes by maintaining accurate system records.
- Continuously review assigned tasks and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of discrepancies and escalate issues to relevant departments.
- Support warehouse reporting requirements and provide data as needed.
General Responsibilities
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Superintendent.

Qualification:
- High School Diploma (Grade 12 WAC/WASSCE Certificate)
- Certificate in Supply chain is an added advantage
Experience:
At least +3 years of warehouse experience.
- Very strong working knowledge of SAP.
- Mechanical or Engineering background will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong commitment to working in a safe environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Oversee and monitor the environmental performance of your department's functions, ensuring high levels of awareness and compliance with company environmental policies and relevant environmental laws.
- Regularly review environmental performance metrics and indicators to track progress, identify trends, and address areas for improvement.
- Ensure all environmental incidents are reported promptly and investigated thoroughly in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Uphold a culture of environmental responsibility and compliance within the organization by setting clear expectations for incident reporting and response at all levels.
- Collaborate with the Environment team to identify opportunities for environmental improvement and develop strategic programs to enhance sustainability practices.
