Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience RequiredEducation: Current license or pending by the Alabama State Board of Physical Therapy. CPR certification within the first 90 days of employment. Experience: As a Physical Therapist Assistant. Additional Skills/Abilities:1) Complete hospital and department orientation.2) Ability to manage a sometimes stressful work environment subject to varying and unpredictable situations.3) Ability and willingness to work long, irregular hours.4) Frequently be required to assist patient lifting, transfers, exercise, ambulation, whirlpools, etc.5) Sustain a fixed posture against resistance.
