What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor, assess, and respond to resident needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
• Document care and communicate changes with the care team
• Educate and support residents and families
• Supervise and support CNAs, mentoring new team members
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve outcomes

What You'll Need

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A genuine passion for senior care
• A team-oriented mindset with leadership ability
