
Finger Lakes Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Urgent Care team in Seneca Falls This is a PT Position with 12 hour shifts, weekend and holiday rotations. This position provides direct patient care in a fast‑paced environment, supporting providers and delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in alignment with FLH values and standards.
Perform clinical duties within LPN scope of practice under the direction of a licensed provider or RN
Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document patient histories and chief complaints
Assist with examinations, treatments, procedures, and minor surgical interventions
Administer medications and immunizations as ordered and per policy
Perform point‑of‑care testing (e.g., EKGs, rapid tests, specimen collection)
Provide wound care, splinting, and patient education
Accurately document care in the electronic medical record
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
Uphold FLH policies, infection prevention standards, and patient confidentiality
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Current New York State LPN license in good standing
Urgent Care, Emergency, or Ambulatory Care experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
