💊 Treatment / Wound Care LPN Nurse Parttime Tues and Thurs 8am - 4:30pm. The Wound Care Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating wound care treatment plans for residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. This role is essential in promoting healing, preventing infection, and ensuring the highest quality of resident care.

What We’re Looking For:
♦ Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing
♦ Prior wound care or long-term care experience preferred.
♦ Wound Care Certification (WCC, WOCN, or equivalent) a plus.
♦ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
♦ Great communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
♦ Ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians
♦ Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
♦ Perform wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
♦ Provide and document wound care treatments as ordered.
♦ Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary team members.
♦ Monitor and report progress or complications related to wound healing.
♦ Educate staff on wound prevention and care best practices.
♦ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident records.
