
National Capital Treatment & Recovery, formerly Phoenix House, a nonprofit substance use treatment facility in Arlington, VA is hiring a full-time LPN Supervisor to supervise the LPNs and Medical Assistants within our Adult Women's Residential Program. This position is responsible for assessing and monitoring the client’s on-going addiction, recovery, psychiatric, and medical needs. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team members to coordinate addiction, recovery and/or psychiatric treatment with medical treatment. Promotes staff development regarding the medical aspects of addiction and recovery, safe medication management, and provides training with a focus on health and wellness. This position is responsible for supervising the LPN staff, conducting staff meetings as well as creating the LPN work schedule. This is a M-F, 3pm-11:30pm, hourly position.
