Shelby Gardens Senior Living in Cordova is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our resident care team.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Overnight Shift: 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

As an LPN at Shelby Gardens, you will help ensure our residents receive attentive, high-quality care in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and support direct-care team members
• Respond to resident needs with patience, professionalism, and compassion
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license in good standing
• CPR certification preferred
• Senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
• A genuine passion for caring for older adults
