JOB SUMMARY: Join our Nursing Team at Pyramid Healthcare, where we provide direct nursing services to clients in adult substance-use treatment. The Charlotte Hall Drug & Alcohol Residential Treatment Center has served local communities for over 40 years, offering structured programs that guide our clients through detox, residential care, medication-assisted treatment, and family education for both men and women. Under a passionate leadership team, we deliver comprehensive behavioral healthcare that empowers clients to overcome life’s challenges and reclaim their health and well-being.

HOURLY RATE:

  • RN: $32 - $40/hour before differentials
  • LPN: $28 - $34/hour before differentials

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: For Registered Nurses (RNs):

  • Properly instruct and guide LPNs in client care responsibilities and assignments.
  • Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
  • Administer medications and ensure knowledge and delivery of detox protocols.
  • Complete COWS and CIWA scales with appropriate clients per protocol.
  • Provide medication education to clients.
  • Coordinate and support medical providers with initial assessments and medication management appointments.
  • Maintain medical equipment in proper working order; ensure confidentiality and maintain proper boundaries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

LICENSURE, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE:

  • Current RN/LPN license in the state of Maryland.
  • Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Behavioral health or general healthcare experience is preferred.
