As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), also known as a Resident Care Supervisor, you'll oversee the delivery of high-quality resident care while supporting Resident Care Aides and ensuring safe medication administration. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team, you'll help residents maintain their independence while providing the clinical oversight needed to ensure their health, comfort, and well-being.
