Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Rehab Long Term Care - $32/hr

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing top-quality nursing care in a rehabilitation long-term care setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents recovering in a rehabilitation long-term care facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and rehabilitation exercises.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current and valid New York State LPN license.
• Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.

• BLS certification required.
