Responsible for providing practical nursing care to clinic patients under supervision of providers and Center Manager. Work collaboratively with the care team and community resources to coordinate care and services. Become fully functional in the use of the electronic medical record (EMR) and follow the EMR Manual instructions.

North Florida Medical consists of 10 primary care and 3 dental locations, providing high quality care in service areas that were traditionally underserved. We are in Crestview, Quincy, Wewahitchka, Eastpoint, Tallahassee, Panacea, Madison, Perry, Mayo and Cross City. Most recently, we have added a mobile clinic, Health Force One. Our corporate offices support our clinics and are based in Tallahassee.
Our clinics are Federally Qualifing Health Centers and as such can offer a sliding fee program in addition to taking insurance (including Medicaid and Medicare). Our current slide fee program begins with a nominal fee as low as $10.
