LPN or RN – Wednesday Day Shift

Southfield Village | Greencroft Communities

A consistent one-day-a-week opportunity with meaningful resident relationships.

If you’re an Indiana-licensed LPN or RN looking for a predictable schedule while continuing to provide hands-on nursing care, Southfield Village may be a great fit. This position offers a Wednesday day shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM in a senior living setting where getting to know the residents is an important part of the work.

What You’ll Earn

Your hourly rate is based on your nursing experience:

  • LPN: $31.37–$35.63 per hour
  • RN: $36.88–$41.89 per hour

What Your Wednesday Looks Like

In this role, you’ll help residents receive the clinical care they need while working closely with the people around them. Your day may include:

  • Providing direct nursing care and monitoring residents
  • Carrying out individualized care plans
  • Communicating changes and care needs with the team
  • Building positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Working alongside other caregivers to support each resident’s overall well-being
