At NHC, we foster a supportive, team-driven atmosphere that allows nurses to utilize both their clinical expertise and leadership skills within an Assisted Living Facility (ALF).
Graduate of a nursing program accredited by the State
Current South Carolina LPN License
Prior experience in an Assisted Living Facility or supervisory role preferred
Provide nursing oversight and direct resident care in accordance with ALF/SCALF regulations
Administer medications and monitor resident health status within the assisted living scope of practice
Supervise medication techs/nursing assistants during the 2nd shift
Coordinate staffing and adjust schedules as needed due to call-ins or coverage needs
Ensure compliance with South Carolina ALF/SCALF licensure requirements and policies
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and management
Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life
Serve as the on-site nursing leader for the 3:00pm–11:00pm shift
