The Facility Medication Nurse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring facility MAR and Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (RMHCS) MAR coincide. Is required to provide up to date medication orders as well as ensuring all medications are signed quarterly and provided to facility. Must provide signed orders to assisted living facility in a timely manner. Communicates regularly with medication nurses regularly. Covers providers when needed. This position may administer medications and treatments, provide participant, family, facility teaching, and supports those activities necessary to the preservation of organization in the assisted living environment. Participates in the communication of the participant’s condition to the medical providers in the RMHCS Clinic. Available schedules include Monday–Friday, Sunday–Thursday, or Tuesday–Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change). This position requires up to 50% travel for facility rounding, with mileage reimbursement provided. Weekend hours receive shift differential pay.
