Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Work closely with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and physical exams
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Document patient data accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities
Act as a role model for other caregivers, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
About the Role:
As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, Weekends, you will work a 36-hour weekend rotation, including Saturday and Sunday shifts.
