Monarch Landing, Naperville’s premier Life Plan Community, is looking for caring, hospitality-driven Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Support team!

Position Details:

Located near Route 59 & I-88 in Naperville, IL

Pay & Perks:

• $32–$34/hour, based on experience
• $1.50/hour 2nd shift differential
• $2.00/hour weekend differential

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents
• Work closely with RNs and other interdisciplinary team members
• Support care plans and ensure high standards of resident safety and dignity
• Promote independence and well-being in a homelike, engaging setting

What We’re Looking For:

Active LPN license in Illinois

Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred

Strong communication skills and a heart for service

Dependable, compassionate, and calm under pressure
