Care Access Line

The team helps callers navigate available programs, connects them with the appropriate departments, and facilitates access to resources based on their needs. By providing responsive, compassionate assistance and coordinating communication across service areas, the Care Access Line helps individuals understand their options and take the next steps toward receiving care. This function supports Midland Care Connection’s mission of connecting people with services that improve quality of life and provide compassionate care throughout their journey.
