NHC HealthCare Clinton, a respected 131-bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of South Carolina’s Upstate region—just a short drive from Greenville—is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate and professional care team.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans
Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician instructions
Administer medications and treatments as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and fellow team members
Support a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
Qualifications
Current LPN license in the State of South Carolina
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
Experience with electronic documentation preferred
