
National Capital Treatment & Recovery, formerly Phoenix House, a substance use treatment facility in Arlington, VA is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Coed Adult Withdrawal Management/Early Recovery Residential Program. Experience working in a substance use treatment facility or psych facility preferred.
This is a 22-bed program. Responsibilities include monitoring the therapeutic milieu and activities, responding to patient crises and emergencies as needed. This position assures a safe and drug free environment and provides Life Skills and 12 Step Education. This position is PRN - working on a flexible, as needed, schedule. You must work at least 3 shifts per month to remain active.
Please note: There is a required training and orientation period when you first start working where attendance and completion of all trainings will be mandatory to remain employed. Please ensure if you are interested in this position that you have the availability to commit to this.
Pay: $30-35 an hour- with an opportunity to earn more based on experience, degrees, and other relevant qualifications.
As an LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centered care during one of the most critical phases of treatment. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team—providing medical support, monitoring withdrawal symptoms, administering medications, and helping clients stabilize in a supportive, structured environment.
