Our BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for infant/pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We are currently seeking overnight shift nurses for our adorable infant trach and vent client. This sweet infant lives with her loving parents and brothers in Bensalem, PA, where she is surrounded by the comfort of family and home.

This opportunity allows you to build valuable experience delivering high-acuity, hospital-level care in a home setting. Whether you're experienced in pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator care or looking to expand your clinical skills, our Home Intensive Care Unit HICU™ Health Service team provides comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Traditional shifts (8's, 10's, 12's)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
• No weekend requirements

What your day looks like with BAYADA:

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
  
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders 
  
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma 
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay: $36-39/hr
