Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Senior Living Community

Grand Villa of Sarasota is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team at our vibrant senior living community in sunny Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents
• Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers to ensure excellent resident care
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Foster a warm, caring, and respectful environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• Proven experience in senior care or long-term care settings
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to resident well-being
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing and senior care
