
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time
Shifts: 8am to 8 pm or 7 am to 3 pm; and every other weekend
Grand Villa of Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established policies
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents' comfort and safety
- Document all care provided in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida
- Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
