Functions in a decision-making capacity to assure patient requests and telephone calls are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Assures acute patients are scheduled for appointments as appropriate or provided direction based on consultation with the physician or professional healthcare provider.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
Education: Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
Licensure: Licensed in the State of Indiana. Maintains CPR certification.
Experience: Three years of experience in a medical or physician office preferred.
