Schedule: Full-Time | Nights | 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
Shifts: Three 12-hour shifts per week | Every-other-weekend rotation

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Crisis Care to join our team in providing compassionate, patient-centered care when patients and families need additional support. This is an opportunity to use your nursing skills in a meaningful way while helping patients experience comfort, dignity, and peace at the end of life.
As a Crisis Care LPN, you will provide one-on-one bedside care for hospice patients who are actively declining and require an increased level of support. Working under the direction and supervision of an RN, you will play an important role in maintaining comfort and supporting patients and their families during a critical time.
