Columbia Cottage – Collegeville, PA

Starting Pay: $32.00/hour

Available Schedules

  • Day 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM FT
  • Day 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM every other weekend only
  • Evening 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM every other weekend only
  • Evening 2:00 PM-10:30 PM FT

All positions include an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician direction
  • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
  • Accurately document care, treatments, and progress
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
  • Support and collaborate with fellow nursing staff
  • Ensure high-quality, compassionate care is consistently delivered

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license (required) – RN candidates welcome to apply
  • First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for caring for seniors in an assisted living setting
