White Oak/NHC of Charleston is conveniently located at I-26 and University Avenue on the Trident Hospital campus. The Charge Nurse position is a full time days, Monday-Friday schedule 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pay rate includes shift differential for night shift.
$10K sign on bonus available.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a state approved school of Nursing with current license to practice as an RN or LPN in South Carolina. Experience in geriatric nursing with Charge Nurse or Unit Coordinator experience. Good physical and mental health, considerate, understanding and enjoys working with elderly people.
The night Charge Nurse in responsible for residents and staff on shift while in the facility. Must be flexible to help out where needed for nurses on shift and CNA partners to meet the needs of the residents.
