Requirements
• Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active Missouri LPN license or Compact State license eligible to practice in Missouri
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred
• Experience in home health, direct care, long-term care, or high-acuity care settings preferred
• Experience with tracheostomy care, suctioning, g-tube care, catheter care, or respiratory support preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow nursing protocols
• Must be able to pass background screening and fingerprinting requirements
Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care and support to individuals in a residential setting
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and dressing
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition
• Provide tracheostomy care, suctioning, humidification support, and related respiratory care as needed
• Assist with g-tube care, suprapubic catheter care, nebulizer treatments, and blood glucose monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate observations to the care team
• Support patient safety, infection control, and emergency response procedures
• Collaborate with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
