Pay: $31.21–$35.45 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM | 3–4 days per week

Walnut Hills is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care to residents while supporting and supervising Nursing Assistants to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and high-quality care.

Physical Requirements
This position involves frequent walking, sitting, talking, hearing, fingering, and repetitive motions, along with occasional standing, reaching, kneeling, pulling, lifting, grasping, and feeling. The ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and up to 60 pounds frequently is required. The LPN must also be able to assist with resident transfers using appropriate assistance and equipment.
