  • Support a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and team members.
  • Live out the mission and values of Greencroft Communities by helping improve the quality of services provided to residents and team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current, active LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing.
  • Ability to maintain licensure as required by the facility and state.
  • Previous experience working with older adults or in long-term care is preferred.
  • Strong observation and assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of medications commonly administered to residents and their potential side effects.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and work collaboratively with Nursing Assistants and other team members.
  • A patient, professional, tactful, and cheerful approach when working with residents, families, and coworkers.

Physical Requirements

This position involves frequent walking, sitting, talking, hearing, fingering, and repetitive motions, along with occasional standing, reaching, kneeling, pulling, lifting, grasping, and feeling. The ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and up to 60 pounds frequently is required. The LPN must also be able to assist with resident transfers using appropriate assistance and equipment.

Reasonable accommodations may be available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
