Come be the nurse who makes the difference!

At South Creek, our LPNs aren’t just checking boxes. They’re the steady, caring presence our residents count on every day. If you want to know your residents by name, work alongside a team that has your back and grow your career in a building that values you, we’d love to meet you. Plus, you’ll get to live and work in friendly Lewis County, with small-town living, green outdoor spaces and easy access to both Seattle and Portland.

What you’ll love about South Creek

  • Great pay: $28–$43 per hour, depending on experience
  • Full benefits for you and your family
  • A team that feels like family, where nurses, CNAs and therapy work side by side
  • Room to grow, whether you’re a new grad building your skills or an experienced nurse ready to lead
  • Real relationships with residents and families, not just a revolving door

What you’ll do

  • Give hands-on nursing care to residents in post-acute rehab and long-term care
  • Pass medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Watch for changes in condition and keep the RN and care team informed
  • Support and guide CNAs on your unit
  • Keep clear, accurate documentation in the EHR
  • Partner with residents and families on their care and recovery

What you’ll need

  • Current Washington LPN license
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • A caring heart, good communication and a team-first attitude
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, and new grads are welcome!
