Position Type: Full TimeProvidence Care is hiring a full time LPN for Hospice to join our growing team in the  and surrounding areas by providing services to patients in their homes, assisted living and long term care facilities who are enrolled in our hospice program.

Responsibilities:
- Provide patients and families with the care and compassion they deserve at this time in their lives.
- Coordinate care with a team of professionals, including medical clinical director, medical social workers and other passionate caregivers.

Qualifications
- Must have a LPN license eligible in the state you are applying
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Passion for helping others
