Position: LPN – Skilled Nursing

• Available Shifts: 7-3pm, 3-11pm, 11-7am
• Starting Pay: Up to $30 per hour (based on experience, shift and certifications)
• $2000 Sign On Bonus
• $4000 Annual Retention Bonus for FT positions

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

What You’ll Need:

• A current LPN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
• A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
