Schedule & Pay

  • PRN Dayshift 7a-7:30p/7p-7:30a
  • Pay rate: $36.00/hour
  • Provides professional nursing care to residents through the proper administration of prescribed medications and treatments
  • Monitors the medication and treatment cart, nurses' station, and medication room to ensure that expired medications are properly disposed of and narcotics are counted per policy and regulations
  • Supports the scheduler in the scheduling function
  • Makes daily round and audits, including shift report to ensure proper care, documentation, and order transcription to maintain high standards for this department.
  • Assigns duties to PCAs and takes an active role in supervising, educating, and helping them develop.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN licensure in the State of Delaware.
  • General working knowledge of the aging services industry.
  • Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
