Job Description

Position Highlights:

• Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Location: Saco, Maine

• Shift: 8-Hour Mid | Variable Shifts

• Weekly Guarantee: 40 hours

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Contract Type: Travel

• Pay: $30/hr - $35/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs or physicians

• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed

• Observe and report changes in patient conditions

• Accurately document all aspects of patient care

• Support patients with activities of daily living

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, quality care

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Maine or compact state

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (LTC or Rehab preferred)

• Current BLS certification

• Ability to work variable mid-shifts, including potential weekends/holidays

• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
