Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians in the emergency room.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions to identify urgent needs.
- Assist with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing essential support and interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about post-treatment care and health management.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Prior experience in emergency or acute care settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS are a plus.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
