Main Responsibilities

1. Assist the sales team by updating the systems, updating social media, tracking leads, recording customer interactions, and preparing periodic sales reports.
2. Draft, format, and proofread commercial documents, including quotations, invoices, contracts, proposals, and presentations.
3. Act as a secondary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging apps, forwarding complex queries to the appropriate team members.
4. Coordinate internal sales meetings, client appointments, and travel arrangements for the whole team.
5. Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos for company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
6. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, and foster engagement with the online audience.
7. Assist in launching digital marketing campaigns, promotional events, or product announcements under the direction of the marketing lead.
8. Gather basic metrics and analytics from social media platforms and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
9. Maintain general office supplies, organize shared digital and physical filing systems, and ensure smooth inter-departmental communication.
10. Ensure all customer databases, inventory records, and marketing assets are regularly updated, secure, and easily accessible.
11. Work closely with both sales and marketing personnel to align administrative schedules with campaign timelines and promotional pushes.
12. Identify bottlenecks in daily administrative or marketing workflows and suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency.
13. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management to support overall company growth.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Minimum of 1 year of working experience.
3. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
4. Stays up-to-date with internet culture and meme.
5. Can script, shoot, or edit basic content.
6. Knows how to increase followers and engagement.
7. Knows how to write captions and reply to comments professionally.
8. Fast learner in order to know how to operate system.
