What is this role about?
The LPG Refiller is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient filling of LPG canisters and cylinders at the refilling plant, ensuring each unit meets the correct weight, pressure, and volume requirements. The role includes conducting thorough quality checks such as leak testing, weighing, sealing, and crimping, as well as inspecting cylinders for defects to confirm they are safe for distribution.

What will YOU do?

  • Ensure safe filling of LPG cylinders and canisters with the correct weight, pressure, and volume according to specifications

  • Inspect cylinders and canisters for damage, rust, or defects before and after filling

  • Perform leak detection tests to confirm containers are leak-free and safe for distribution

  • Conduct quality checks on filled units to verify weight, sealing, and crimping

  • Operate filling equipment to support continuous and accurate operations

  • Assist in equipment setup and basic troubleshooting to maintain equipment readiness

  • Monitor the filling process to prevent overfilling or underfilling

  • Maintain accurate operational records for inventory tracking and quality control

  • Ensure proper storage of filled and empty containers to preserve product integrity and safety

  • Maintain the filling area and equipment clean and organized

  • Report defects or safety and equipment concerns for immediate corrective action

  • Participate in safety and technical training to strengthen compliance and capability

  • Support other departments and operational tasks to meet facility priorities

  • Ensure compliance with standards and policies to meet regulatory and company requirements

  • Perform other function that may be assigned from time to time

What will YOU need?

  • Open to fresh graduates of any bachelor's degree in Engineering or undergraduates with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of LPG safety standards and filling protocols

  • Ability to operate filling equipment and perform basic troubleshooting

  • Physically fit - can lift, carry, and move heavy LPG cylinders

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and safety sensitive environment
