Job Description

Position name: Loyalty Team Lead

Job Objective:

To roll out and run loyalty program including the company e business and to achieve planned sales targets for their products and services.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/ business administration

Minimum Experience:

  • 10-15 years' experience in Managing Loyalty programs and Corporate Sales

Job specific skills:

  • Fuel Industry awareness and business acumen
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs
  • Team Management
  • Strong sales background
  • Negotiation skills/ability to persuade
