  • Full-time opportunity - 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, during business hours

  • Monday, 19th of January, paid training for 1 week

  • 3,80,000 CTC p.a + Commissions + Employee Discounts.

About the Role - Loyalty Sales Consultant

In this role, you will be calling previous guests of an Accor Hotel, inviting them to join our award-winning, paid Loyalty Membership Program. More specifically, you will:

  • Make outbound calls to customers who have stayed at an Accor hotel

  • Use Accor Plus sales methodology to discover needs & close sales

About You

You enjoy speaking with people and have the confidence to build rapport quickly. You can stay motivated by achieving sales targets and taking pride in delivering unforgettable experiences to our loyal members

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers

  • Active listening and a genuine interest in understanding customer needs

  • Excited about working in a sales environment, with uncapped commissions

  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry

  • Able to start paid training, in office, on Monday, the 12th of January, from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm for 1 week, and then work from our Mumbai Andheri (E) office, 40 hours a week (Mon-Fri).
