We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Loyalty & Promotions Lead to execution of loyalty programming, promotional campaigns, and marketing technology platform management across Harry Rosen and Final Cut. This role will help drive customer retention and engagement by executing best-in-class loyalty and promotional campaigns, while owning key platforms including Talon.One and CommerceTools.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with sharp attention to detail and a natural collaborator, who enjoys working across multiple platforms and priorities at once — from campaign execution and QA to performance reporting — in a fast-moving retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Loyalty Program Strategy Support

  • Execute the CLUB HARRY loyalty program strategy, supporting retention, engagement, and lifecycle objectives across tiers. 
  • Own the design and execution of loyalty-led initiatives, including points- and tier-based incentives and personalized member experiences. 
  • Translate strategic priorities into loyalty mechanics that drive repeat purchase, frequency, and long-term member value. 
  • Partner with Retail teams to identify, design, and execute in-store and cross-channel loyalty activations.
  • Partner cross-functionally to embed loyalty into broader brand and commercial initiatives. 
  • Surface opportunities to evolve earn and burn mechanics, tier engagement, experiential benefits, and overall program performance, feeding recommendations into the loyalty roadmap.

Loyalty & Promotions Budget Management

  • Support planning, tracking, and forecasting of the loyalty and promotions budget in alignment with business priorities. 
  • Monitor in-season budget consumption to ensure effective allocation, ROI, and optimization. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide budget insights that inform campaign prioritization and investment decisions. 
  • Provide budget insights that inform campaign prioritization, and escalating investment decisions to the Director.

Campaign Platforms & Marketing Technology

  • Serve as the primary business owner for Talon.One, managing configuration, use cases, and operational issues within business operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CommerceTools, promotions, and overseeing configurations for all promotional activity.  
  • Oversee loyalty and promotions integrations across Talon.One, CommerceTools, and Braze, ensuring consistency and best practice application 
  • Collaborate with platform vendors and internal stakeholders to unlock new capabilities and features, as well as day-to-day capability requests. 
  • Lead platform enablement and documentation to ensure platforms are scalable and well understood cross-functionally 
  • Act as the go-to resource for troubleshooting Talon.One and CommerceTools issues related to all promotional activity, providing guidance, working with relevant teams or escalating as needed.

Campaign Development, Personalization & Execution

  • Own design and execution of loyalty and promotional campaigns within Talon.One and CommerceTools, delivering against retention, engagement, and commercial objectives
  • Act as the Loyalty and promotions Channel Owner, partnering with Marketing teams to deliver on-brand execution across channels. 
  • Drive personalization and testing initiatives, including experimentation and A/B testing, using segmentation strategy, applying customer behavior, lifecycle stage, spend patterns, and tier status 
  • Own campaign QA, troubleshooting, and deployment timelines to ensure accurate and timely execution 
  • Lead set up of promotions and cart discounts for Final Cut initiatives in CommerceTools and oversee integration into Talon.One 
  • Ensure advisor-facing assets and marketing campaigns are set up within the CRM platform to support customer-facing teams in delivering loyalty and promotional offers.

Data & Analytics

  • Advocate on behalf of the loyalty team for required data stewardship. 
  • Identify data needs and enhancements that improve the effectiveness of loyalty and promotional strategies. 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including revenue and results, and extract insights to share with the Director and relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with Analytics to deliver post-campaign insights that inform future loyalty and promotional strategy, translating into actionable recommendations.
  • Use data to recommend optimizations that improve long-term customer value and program effectiveness. 
  • Provide timely, actionable feedback on offer performance and loyalty campaigns, sharing debriefs and suggested changes with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in loyalty, CRM, or promotions marketing, ideally within retail or a related customer-focused industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing marketing technology platforms and vendor relationships (e.g., Talon.One, CommerceTools, Braze, or similar tools).
  • Experience tracking budgets, workback schedules, collaborating and organizing teams cross functionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak campaign or promotional periods (e.g., major sales events, Final Cut launches).

** Compensation for this role will be dependent on skills, experience, and seniority. The starting compensation range for this role is $72K - $85K annually.
