    • Coordinate and support the delivery of the launch campaign for Lifeblood’s new Loyalty Program
    • Fixed term position until April 2027, full time preferable and open to part-time - 100-110k base plus superannuation
    • Flexible location with hybrid working - Melbourne preferable

About the role

As a Loyalty Marketing Specialist, you’ll help shape how our donors feel about Lifeblood every time they connect with us. You’ll play a key part in strengthening donor loyalty, increasing our donations and lifting engagement by bringing our Loyalty strategy to life and continually finding ways to make it even better. Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups across our organisation, you’ll support the development and delivery of Lifeblood’s loyalty programs, value propositions, and donor engagement initiatives. Your key deliverable will be coordinating the launch campaign for our new Loyalty Program.

  • Demonstrable Campaign Management experience delivering a program or product launch across a large organisation
  • Project management skills and experience to support the execution of the product launch
  • Understanding of consumer behaviour and how to use communication channels for direct response and engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills, including the ability to build strong, trusting relationships remotely as well as in person.
