Heritage Mazda Bel Air is looking for a motivated, customer-focused team member to serve as the liaison between our Service and Sales departments. In this role, you'll help customers explore the value of their current vehicle, discuss trade-in opportunities, and identify when upgrading to a new vehicle makes sense.

-Prepare competitive trade-in and purchase offers for customers to review with their service paperwork
-Review vehicle equity positions and present upgrade opportunities when applicable
-Follow up with customers after their visit to answer questions, discuss their offer and assist those ready to move forward
-Work closely with both the Service and Sales team to create a seamless customer-focused experience
