You’ll bring new loyalty features to life and deliver memorable member-only activations that genuinely move the needle — with A million ways to make an impact every day.

You’ll be joining a supportive, down‑to‑earth team that’s all about backing each other, learning together and Inspiring you to give it a red-hot go

  • Drive strategy, by leading the end-to-end delivery of loyalty initiatives.
  • Lift our loyalty experience by making member benefits clearer, smarter and easier to use across the end‑to‑end instore and online shopping journeys.
  • Prove what works, using proof of concept tests, control groups and simple experiments to quantify uplift and guide what we scale.
  • Bring people together, coordinating across digital, marketing, tech, analytics and external partners to keep delivery smooth, aligned and on track.

About you

You’re someone who loves turning strategy into action - leading loyalty programs end‑to‑end and making sure they deliver real shifts in customer behaviour. You’re confident driving initiatives forward, managing the moving parts and keeping everyone aligned so programs land smoothly and have the impact they’re designed for.

You bring a performance mindset: you’re curious, data‑driven and always looking for what can be improved. You know how to read the signals, spot opportunities and use insights to lift engagement, conversion and member value.

You build strong relationships naturally and enjoy working closely with digital, data, tech, marketing and partner teams to make things happen. You’re adaptable and steady in fast‑paced environments, able to simplify complexity, unblock challenges and keep momentum even when priorities change.

Most importantly, you bring a team‑first approach - one that values collaboration, shared learning and celebrating progress along the way. After all, We’re building the best… Our team makes it happen.

  • 5–7 years’ experience in loyalty, customer strategy or member‑engagement roles within a complex or scaled environment
  • Strong project coordination or delivery experience, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work
  • Comfortable working with technology, operations, digital, marketing and partners to deliver activity.
  • Ability to translate insights and performance data into practical recommendations
