Location; Rochester / Albany – New York
Travel; 20-40% depending on customer requirements
Comp: Mid $80K’s – Low $90K’s

The Technician- Responsible for managing all aspects of access control and IP camera products and systems installed at client sites. The Technician must be able to independently install, program, troubleshoot and perform maintenance on electronic devices, power supplies and all network components. S/He will need communicate effectively with the Project Manager and present a knowledgeable and engaging image to customers. The Technician must be a self-starter who can make sound decisions that are in the best interest of the project, the customer, and Company. Further, the Technician must be able to learn company device monitoring/management methodologies. S/He must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work closely with subcontractors and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Technician, the successful candidate will need to be hard-working, detail-oriented, highly organized and able to work independently to maintain security hardware in the client’s and Company’s best interests.
